How to Install Drogon TV on Firestick

You can install Drogon TV on your Firestick in less than 5 minutes by using the Downloader app and enabling Developer Options. Because standard app stores don't let you directly download premium, unrestricted IPTV players, you'll need to "sideload" the app. Sounds technical, but it's incredibly simple.

Step 1: Allow Third-Party Apps

Amazon hides this setting by default to keep you locked into their ecosystem. We just need to flip a single switch.

  1. From your Firestick home screen, go all the way to the right and click the Settings gear icon.
  2. Scroll down and select My Fire TV.
  3. Click on Developer Options. (Don't see it? Click on 'About', then aggressively click your remote's middle button 7 times on the Fire TV Stick device name until it says "You are a developer").
  4. Find Apps from Unknown Sources and turn it ON.

Step 2: Get the Downloader App

Your Firestick needs a browser to fetch our app file directly. The best tool for this is an app called Downloader.

  1. Go back to your Firestick Home screen.
  2. Click the Find/Search magnifying glass.
  3. Type in "Downloader" and select the orange app with a download arrow.
  4. Click Download / Get to install it, then open it.

Step 3: Download Drogon TV

You'll need your welcome email for this part. When you purchase a Drogon TV subscription, we instantly email you a short code or direct URL for the app.

  1. When you open Downloader for the first time, click Allow on the prompt.
  2. Click into the URL bar in the middle of the screen.
  3. Type in exactly the code or shortlink you received in your Drogon TV Welcome Email.
  4. Click Go. The Drogon TV app will immediately begin downloading.
  5. Once the download finishes, a window will pop up. Click Install.

Step 4: Sign In and Stream

That's it. You're done. Go ahead and delete the installation file if Downloader asks (it frees up space on your Firestick).

  1. Hold down the Home button on your remote, select Apps, and find Drogon TV at the bottom of your list.
  2. Open the app.
  3. Enter the strictly unique Username and Password found in your welcome email.
