By accessing or using drogontv.com and any associated services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Drogon TV provides access to an IPTV streaming service that delivers live TV channels, sports packages, PPV events, and video-on-demand content via the internet. Access is granted through a subscription-based model with credentials delivered by email.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We offer a 24-hour free trial at our discretion. One trial per household. Abuse of the trial system (multiple requests from the same person or household) may result in being denied service.
We strongly encourage using the free trial before purchasing. Refunds are only considered within the first 3 days of a subscription in cases of verified technical failures on our end that our support team cannot resolve. We do not issue refunds for change of mind or incompatible devices.
You agree not to:
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
We provide access to a large library of live and on-demand content. Channel availability may vary due to broadcast rights, technical issues, or third-party licensing changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to specific channels at all times, though we target 99.9% uptime on our infrastructure.
All content streamed through our service is owned by the respective rights holders. Drogon TV does not claim ownership of streamed content. Recording or redistributing streamed content is prohibited.
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drogon TV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, through binding arbitration.
